The 22-floor high rise contains 35 units in seven floor plans. The newly built residences feature floor-to-ceiling windows, direct access elevators, 24-hour concierge, a gym, a pool and city, mountain and ocean views. The unit the Lewises purchased includes two bedrooms, 21/2 bathrooms and 4,158 square feet of living space.

Lewis, president of Lewis Homes, has been with the Lewis Group of Cos. since 1965.

The property came on the market in April at $7.767 million.

Joy Denton and Jeffrey Hobgood of Sotheby’s were the listing agents. Adrian Grant of John Aaroe Group represented the Lewises.
