BackStreet Boy Howie Dorough sells his house in the Sunset Strip area
BackStreet Boy Howie Dorough has sold his Sunset Strip-area home for $2.2 million, according to the Multiple Listing Service.
The 1981 post-and-beam house has soaring ceilings, a stone fireplace in the living room and a dining area large enough to seat 12. There are two master bedroom suites, two additional bedrooms and a total of 31/2 bathrooms in the home’s more than 2,900 square feet of living space. Outdoor entertainment areas include wrap-around decks and a patio with an eight-person bar, a spa and a firepit.
Dorough, 37, is the oldest member of the early ‘90s boy band, which has sold more than 130 million copies of its seven albums worldwide.
He purchased the property in 2006 for $2.75 million, public records show.
