Update: Singer and record producer John Feldmann has sold his Bel-Air-area house for $2.45 million, according to the Multiple Listing Service.
The contemporary Mediterranean, built in 2002, has an open floor plan with 4,700 square feet. The recording studio in the home contains a live room, two control rooms and a vocal booth. Including a master suite with a private patio, there are five bedrooms and six bathrooms.
The grounds of more than a third of an acre include a saltwater pool with spa.
Feldmann, 44, is the lead singer and guitarist for Goldfinger. He scouts talent and oversees the development of recording artists as an A&R executive at Warner Bros. Records.
David Kramer of Hilton & Hyland, Beverly Hills, was the listing agent. Darius Majlessi of Ewing & Associates, Sotheby's, Sherman Oaks, represented the buyer.
