Julie Bowen’s Studio City home for sale for $2,695,000

Julie Bowen clearly is an actress with range: She played the cradle-snatching Lisa on “Weeds,” the wholesome love interest on “Ed,” Jack Shephard’s ex-wife on “Lost” and attorney Denise Bauer on “Boston Legal.”

And now for what might be her most challenging role: a seller, who has just listed her Studio City home at $2,695,000.

The main house has four bedrooms and 3 1/2 bathrooms; the two-story guesthouse has another bedroom and bathroom, plus a gym. The home has a gourmet kitchen, high-beamed ceilings, stone floors, walls of glass and views of the canyons.

The property is co-owned with her husband, Scott Phillips, a real estate investor.

The actress, 38, appears in a comedy film called “Crazy on the Outside” that is slated for release later this year. It was directed by and stars Tim Allen. She appeared in “Weeds” last season. Her role in “Boston Legal” ran from 2005-08; she was in “Ed” from 2000-04. She also had a recurring role in “ER” from 1998-99.

The listing agents are Jana Jones Duffy and Fred Holley, both of Coldwell Banker, Beverly Hills.
