Whatever happened to Jack McPhee? Oh, right, he wasn’t real. Kerr Smith, the actor who played the gay teenager on “Dawson’s Creek” for about half a dozen years, has listed his Encino home at $1,479,007. Who knows? Maybe it’s his lucky number.

The French Country house was brought down to the studs and rebuilt completely. The home has exposed wood rafters, a gourmet kitchen with Viking appliances, a saltwater pool and spa and a detached studio/media room with two LCD televisions. There are three bedrooms and three bathrooms in 2,911 square feet plus the detached room, which adds an additional 380 square feet of living space.

The gated property has a courtyard and gravel paths that meander through the yard. There are fireplaces in the living room, family room and master bedroom suite as well as an outdoor fireplace. The property is about a quarter-acre.

Brett Karns of Keller Williams Beverly Hills and Kara Karns, Keller Williams Encino, share the listing.
