There’s been a load of iPhone 6 scuttlebutt on the eve of Apple’s big Tuesday announcements. Forget, for now, all that iWatch talk and focus on the phone(s). We picked seven rumors, some of which seemed right on and others that seemed right wacky. When all is said and done, we’ll update this and see how right -- or wrong -- they were.

Rumor 1: The 5.5-inch iPhone 6 will produce better photos and video.

The bigger of the rumored 6’s will have optical image stabilization. That means the phone will work better in dim lighting and produce better-quality video than previous iPhones.

Rumor 2: Stylus included.

An intelligent stylus for iPhone 6! With motion and light sensors! And a conductive nib! Or not.

Rumor 3: Touching this phone will provide a new wealth of physical sensations.

Haptic feedback will give iPhone 6 a new feel when you tap it -- different vibrations depending on the app used.

Rumor 4: The 6 comes with a digital wallet.

Forget your credit cards. Now all you’ll need to spend your hard-earned cash is an iPhone 6. According to Re/Code, Apple has reached an agreement with American Express, and possibly Visa, to become your new credit and debit card for purchases anywhere. Some are even speculating that Apple’s Touch ID system may play a role. Although Apple has reportedly signed with American Express it is still unknown if it has tapped into any retailers to use the technology.

Rumor 5: A free Bono with the purchase of the iPhone 6.

OK, so you won’t get the Irish rocker in the flesh, but you’ll be taking home a new U2 album with your new phone upgrade, if the rumors are true.

The Cult of Mac has some pretty hardcore evidence that the supergroup is planning to release the album on stage at the Sept. 9 announcement event, including the fact that the release date for a single coming from U2 is ... Sept. 9.

Along with the release date, the group also has been shooting music videos with Mark Romanek, the man behind several Apple commercials, and those videos may come pre-loaded on the device. What’s the chance of U2 blaring from your iPhone 6 speakers?

Rumor 6: A screen made of diamonds.

Just kidding. But another gemstone-related product has been rumored for the screen: sapphire glass. Stab it with a knife? Go right ahead. No screen protector needed. Extremely clear, extremely thin, extremely scratch resistant and an improvement over the iPhone 5’s Gorilla Glass. Will the rumored 4.7-inch iPhone 6 have it? Will the rumored 5.5-inch iPhone Air – with its rumored premium parts – have it? Both? Neither?

Rumor 7 about the 6: A light-up logo.

Oh no! You put the phone face down. Never fear. The Apple logo on the back will light up so you never miss new mail or text. Whew.
