Pictures of what is said to be an upcoming touchscreen-only BlackBerry smartphone have leaked to the Web.

They are the latest in a long line of supposed photos leading up to Research In Motion’s official unveiling of its new phone later this month.

Business Insider on Thursday published the two shots of the touchscreen smartphone, which is believed to be called the BlackBerry Z10.

The pictures come from an unnamed source that said one of the devices worked with AT&T; while the other functioned on Verizon, according to the report. In one of the pictures, you can see Verizon’s branding on the top left of the phone.

The photos show the two devices with an iPhone 4S in between for size comparison.

According to Business Insider’s source, the phones have a rubbery back cover that snaps on. The BlackBerry Z10 also has a “great”-looking screen and a speedy Web browser. Additionally, users will be able to set up separate profiles for their work and personal uses.

Besides the BlackBerry Z10, RIM is also expected to announce the BlackBerry X10, a smartphone with a QWERTY keyboard. Pictures of that device have also been making their way to the Internet.

RIM is expected to unveil the two phones at its Jan. 30 launch event for BlackBerry 10, its latest mobile operating system.
