Can North Korea's missiles deliver an atomic weapon to the U.S. mainland? Maybe.

'Irish Christmas in America'

The Irish music duo that's all the buzz these days, Lumiere (Eilis Kennedy and Pauline Scanlon) leads the cultural celebration "Irish Christmas in America." Irish dancers, fiddling and narrated stories bring the traditions of Ireland to the stage in this show produced by Oisin Mac Diarmada of Teada. Why go: It's the American debut for Lumiere, so we want them to feel the love. Reconsider: It's an all-ages performance, but showtime is past some of our bedtimes. Details: 9:30 p.m. Wednesday at Old Town School of Folk Music, 4544 N. Lincoln Ave.; $21-$25; 773-728-6000,
