( Getty Images / September 5, 2012 ) I had a guy go the entire draft without picking a kicker -- which I don't mind as a strategy, but you're gonna have to get one sooner rather than later. Unless you're planning on rolling into Week 1 kickerless, which seems like a very bad idea. Anyway, Kaeding has been under the radar because he tore his ACL on the season's opening kickoff last year (ouch!) and was battling for a starting spot in SD. Well, it's all his, as the Chargers named him the starter. Great weather, not-terrible offense, proven track record. That, my friends, is how you find a kicker sleeper.
