( July 2, 2012 ) Adam Jagadich has been named a shareholder at Segal McCambridge Singer & Mahoney, Ltd., a Chicago-based litigation firm with offices in seven cities nationwide. Jagadich concentrates on the defense of companies facing product liability claims, including in the areas of automotive design and manufacturing defect claims, hazardous and toxic substances, medical devices and general premises and product liability issues. Jagadich has been local counsel for several companies involved in mass tort litigation, including asbestos and benzene exposure claims. He Jagadich received his J.D. from the University of Wisconsin Law School and a B.A. from Purdue University. |
