Green Beans with Walnut Gremolata

Serves 6; cup per serving Ingredients 1 16-ounce package frozen cut green beans Gremolata: 3 tablespoons finely chopped dry-roasted walnuts 3 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley 1 tablespoon shredded lemon zest 1 teaspoon minced garlic 1/8 teaspoon salt Directions Prepare the green beans using the package directions, omitting the salt and margarine. Drain well in a colander. Transfer to a medium bowl. Meanwhile, in a small bowl, stir together the gremolata ingredients. Stir into the cooked beans. Cook's Tip: To dry-roast most nuts, spread them in a single layer in an ungreased skillet. Dry-roast over medium heat for about 4 minutes, or until just fragrant, stirring frequently. Prepare extra nuts so you can freeze some to have ready at a moment's notice.
