Amanda Worthington has been promoted to principal in the Chicago office of Boyden, an executive search firm. Worthington, who has worked with Boyden for five years, is a member of the firm's global consumer goods and industrial practices. She has placed senior executives in general management, finance, marketing and sales, product development, shared services, operations, supply chain and human resources in manufacturing and manufacturing and consumer goods industries. Worthington has bachelor's and a master's degrees in business administration from Loyola University Chicago.
