Arden Miner has been promoted to executive vice president and chief executive of ATG LegalServe Inc., a subsidiary of Attorneys' Title Guaranty Fund Inc. ATG LegalServe was formed in the fall of 2009 as a process service company and a full-service litigation support provider. Since 2001, Miner has worked as an attorney in the ATG legal and underwriting departments. In 2004, she was promoted to senior manager of the underwriting and escrow departments, where she was responsible for preparing underwriting guidelines and procedures, assisting members with title clearance and underwriting questions, issuing commitments, overseeing construction escrows, tax payments and title indemnities. Miner has a J.D. from the Thomas M. Cooley Law School, an MBA from the Keller Graduate School of Management, a B.S. in psychology from Loyola University of Chicago and a teaching certificate from Northeastern University.
