Giants 2, Reds 1: The Reds seemed set to sweep and move on to the NLCS. But even though Homer Bailey, Sean Marshall and Aroldis Chapman held the Giants to one hit over the first nine innings, Dusty Baker’s team couldn’t finish the job. Ryan Vogelsong and the Giants bullpen got the big outs needed to maintain a 1-1 tie and the Giants pushed across a run in the top of the 10th. They would win the next two games to eliminate the Reds.
