Add Bill Kim's name to the list of star chefs setting down roots along the Randolph Street restaurant corridor.
The chef and owner of Urban Belly and Belly Shack is hooking up with the Cornerstone Restaurant Group (Michael Jordan's Steak House) to open Belly Q, an Asian barbecue concept (what else?) in the old one sixtyblue space.
Cornerstone closed one sixtyblue at the end of last year. Now we know why.
