Brynne Smith, CEO, Tecta America

Brynne Smith has been promoted to president and chief executive of Tecta America Corp. from chief operating officer.

Current CEO Mark Santacrose becomes chairman of the  commercial and environmental roofing solutions company.  

Before joining Tecta America, Smith spent more than 18 years with Jacobs Engineering Group Inc., most recently as a vice president responsible for project and construction management of buildings and infrastructure. He managed 1,500 employees. 

Smith has a B.S. in mechanical engineering from Bradley University and an MBA  in finance and marketing from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
