Brighton Park

neighborhood on the city’s Southwest Side.

A southbound Western Avenue bus No. 49 was stopped when it was rear-ended by a car about 1:45 p.m. in the 4900 block of South Western Avenue, according to CTA spokeswoman Catherine Hosinski.

Paramedics took two people to Mercy Hospital and Medical Center while a third was taken to Holy Cross Hospital, said
