Gary Griffin will direct both of the musicals in the upcoming
Penny Metropulos will direct "Cyrano" as the centerpiece of the fall season, opening in September. Harry Groener, who previously appeared here in "The Madness of King George III" will play the title role. CST artistic director Barbara Gaines will direct "Merry Wives," opening in December and playing over the holidays.
Following the two musicals in the first part of 2014, CST's mainstage season ends with "Henry V," directed by the British director Christopher Luscombe and beginning performances on Apr. 29, 2014.
