Debbi Peek began bartending at the age of 24 when she moved to Maui, Hawaii. After 3 years, it was back home to Chicago where she trained under Master Mixologist Bridget Albert and completed studies at the Academy of Spirits and Fine Service as well as the Advanced Mixology Culinary Academy. Debbi is currently one of eight contestants on NBC's reality show "On the Rocks" The search for America's top bartender. Her numerous awards include two-time National representative for the U.S. in the 59th Annual International Bartenders Association Cocktail World Challenge in Singapore November, 2010 and the 56th Annual in Kaohsiung, Taiwan in 2007. In 2009 she was honored by the James Beard Awards Foundation as one of the Nation's top female Mixologist. Debbi is the President of the USBG Illinois Chapter, a member of LUPEC and is the House Mixologist at The Bristol.
