Police are asking for help locating a 67-year-old Connecticut woman who arrived at Union Station Sunday but has not contacted her family since.
Lula Woodard of Hartford, Conn., called her relatives Sunday and told them she had arrived at Union Station but has not been seen or heard from since, police said.
She was last seen wearing an orange coat, dark pants and she was carrying several pieces of luggage, police said.
Woodard has freckles and a scar behind her right ear down to her throat, police said.
Woodard is a black woman, about 5 feet tall and weighs about 160 pounds. She has gray and brown dreadlocks and has a medium brown complexion, police said.
