Danielle Valkner has been named managing director in PwC's Financial Services Advisory practice. Valkner has more than 20 years of experience in financial services, focusing on asset management and banking and capital markets in areas such as strategic planning and forecasting; new product development and support; mergers and acquisitions; process improvement and implementation; valuation of complex investment products; financial, investor and SEC reporting; investment and fund accounting; and performance measurement and attribution. Before joining PwC, she worked for two large global alternative asset managers, as chief financial and administrative officer, responsible for all aspects of back office operations, infrastructure, finance and accounting. Valkner, a CPA, has a degree in accounting and business administration from Augustana College.
