Aside from Jessica Simpson and Tony Romo, football and fashion don't often meet. Which is why quizzical looks greeted New Orleans Saint Reggie Bush when he turned up with Kim Kardashian at designer Tracy Reese's show during New York Fashion Week. "Who is that?" some in the audience asked. "Reggie Bush," others answered. To which still others responded, "Who's that?"
Disco diva Diana Ross slipped into designer Diane von Furstenburg's show Sunday. "The hair was still impressive," New York-based freelance correspondent Constance C.R. White reported, "but not so massive that it interfered with sight lines." Von Furstenberg did her final runway walk to Ross' hit "Upside Down." (Designers are loving the '80s.)
Meantime, White House Social Secretary Desiree Rogers attended the Marc Jacobs show Monday night after being photographed earlier at the Thakoon runway show, seated next to none other than Vogue editrix Anna Wintour.
Was Rogers, featured in February Vogue, attending the Fashion Week shows on behalf of own wardrobe? Or the first lady's? She wasn't saying.Copyright © 2015, Los Angeles Times
