As former Bears star Walter Payton was dying of a rare liver disease in 1999, he embarked on a gourmet mission with friend and former teammate Matt Suhey. They bought a Zagat's restaurant guide and resolved to eat at Chicago's 10 best restaurants before Payton died. "We picked out a few, but never got to finish the project," Suhey said.
