Cleaning the crime scene

A young man uses a broom and soap to clean blood stains off the sidewalk in front of the house in the 10700 block of South Indiana Avenue in  Chicago where 8-year old Tanaja Stokes and her 7-year old cousin Ariana Jones were shot the night before. Stokes died shortly after the <a class="taxInlineTagLink" id="EVHST000097251" title="Hartford Distributors Shooting (2010)" href="/topic/crime-law-justice/crimes/hartford-distributors-shooting-%282010%29-EVHST000097251.topic">shooting</a>. Jones is in critical condition.
