Jay Lenstrom has been named chief marketing officer at Marketing Werks, a new position. Lenstrom, 53, will lead the agency's Strategy and Integration team, unifying creative, client service and strategy and integration teams to deliver cutting edge experiential marketing solutions. He also is part of the agency's executive committee engaged in overall strategic counsel. Lenstrom has two decades of experiential marketing experience, including most recently as the co-founder and CEO of Radiate Group, Omnicom Group's largest experiential subsidiary. He is also the former president of GMR Marketing.
