Jonathan Hoffman, chief experience officer, Starcom

Jonathan Hoffman has joined media agency Starcom USA as chief experience officer, a new position focusing on idea generation and experience platform development. 

Hoffman will leverage creativity and ideas to boost the emotional relevance and effectiveness of Starcom's media-led plans. Hoffman also will be a member of the agency's managing board and of Starcom MediaVest Group's Global Product Committee. He also will be a liaison to the creative and digital resources at VivaKi and across Publicis Groupe. 

Before joining Starcom, where he spent six months as a consultant, Hoffman was president/chief creative officer at Campbell Mithun in Minneapolis. He is credited with winning accounts including National City Bank, Famous Footwear, Syngenta, Fiserv, SuperValu, Siku Vodka and The Unconvention. 

He also spent eight years at Starcom sister agency Leo Burnett in Chicago and Warsaw, Poland.
