Judy Lindsey has joined Chicago Public Media as vice president of philanthropy. Lindsey, who has more than 30 years of experience in fundraising and human services experience, will oversee Chicago Public Media's strategies to build on its $15 million capital campaign. She will manage staff responsible for major and leadership level gifts, foundation and corporate relations, planned giving, donor stewardship and administrative operations supporting these programs. Lindsey has spent 23 years as a fundraising officer for non-profit organizations. She joins Chicago Public Media after 12 years as development director for the University of Chicago's six libraries. She also has held executive positions with the Children's Home & Aid Society of Illinois and The Alford Group. Lindsey has a B.S. from Bradley University and an M.S. from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, both in speech pathology.
