( May 25, 2012 ) Julie Heuberger Yura has rejoined Franczek Radelet as of counsel in its Education Practice Team. Heuberger Yura represents public school districts on a broad range of legal issues with an emphasis on student discipline, special education, school residency requirements and rights of homeless students. She has first-chaired several administrative hearings and argued school law cases before federal and local courts. Heuberger Yura previously practiced at Franczek Radelet from 2000 to 2009. She received her J.D. from DePaul University College of Law in 1998 and her B.A., with honors, from the University of Iowa in 1995. |
