Justin Lambeth has joined The Quaker Oats Co. as chief marketing office.r He will have responsibility for brand insights, strategic communications, core innovation, shopper marketing and digital activation for Quaker's food businesses, primarily in the U.S. Lambeth comes to Quaker from Frito Lay North America, where he was vice president of marketing, heading brand marketing, innovation and portfolio activation efforts. Before that, he was marketing director at H.J. Heinz Co., and he worked in brand management at Nabisco. Lambeth has a bachelor's degree in economics from Penn State University and an MBA from Wake Forest University's Babcock Graduate School of Management.
