Kevin Aiston has been promoted to partner at Fragomen, Del Rey, Bernsen & Loewy, a provider of global immigration services. Aiston brings more than 23 years of immigration law experience to the firm's Chicago office. Before joining Fragomen in 2003, Aiston was with the State Department, where his titles included deputy chief of the Legal Advisory Opinions Division of the Visa Office, special assistant to the deputy assistant secretary of state for Visa Services and deputy chief of the Visa Office's Post Liaison Division. He also served in U.S. embassies in Paris and Victoria, Seychelles as well as an associate with Mayer Brown. Aiston has a J.D. and bachelor's degree in international relations from Tulane University.
