Kimberly Jones has been promoted to director of government relations at Urban Partnership Bank. Jones, 43, had been manager of socially responsible banking in the Nonprofit and Foundation Banking Group. She will manage relationships with national and municipal officials, government agencies and other Community Development Financial Institutions in support of the bank's mission. Jones has been with Urban Partnership Bank since its inception in August 2010. She has more than 15 years of nonprofit management experience, with an emphasis on program development and fundraising. Jones holds an M.A. in arts, entertainment and media management from Columbia College Chicago and a B.A. in political science from the University of Minnesota-Morris.
