Louis Freedman, founding partner and managing member of the collections group at the Naperville law firm Freedman Anselmo Lindberg LLC, has been sworn in as president of the National Association of Retail Collection Attorneys. Freedman, a charter member of the association, becomes its 10th president. He has been instrumental in the formation of the Political Action Committee for Collection Attorneys and has worked to establish and maintain relationships with key legislators on Capitol Hill as a past chairman of the association's Federal Governmental Affairs Committee. Freedman is a graduate of Washington University in St. Louis and The John Marshall Law School.
