The FBI is searching for a man who robbed a Roscoe Village bank on Friday, authorities said.
The man robbed the First Chicago Bank, 3245 N. Damen Ave., about 4:20 p.m., according to information posted on the FBI's Bandit Tracker Website.
The man, believed to be in his 30s, handed a note to a teller and fled with cash, said Chicago Police Department News Affairs Officer John Mirabelli. No weapon was displayed in the robbery.
The man was described as white, about 6 feet tall, and wearing a dark pea coat, a grey hooded sweatshirt and a Cubs hat, according to the FBI.

There have been at least 153 bank robberies in the Chicago area this year, according to the FBI, compared to 115 all last year.
