Monica Boyles, vice president and general manager of the Greater Chicago Region for McDonald's Corp., has ben sworn in to the board of the Women's Foodservice Forum. Boyles joins previously seated directors in overseeing the organization's affairs and providing strategic counsel and guidance. Boyles co-founded the organization, which, for more than 20 years, has helped women and men in all sectors of the food service industry accelerate their career growth. Boyles began her career with McDonald's in 1974 in labor relations. In her current position, she oversees all aspect of the regional business, which includes 750 restaurants that generate nearly $2 billion annually. She previously was vice president and general manager of the Pittsburgh Region. She also co-founded McDonald's Women's Leadership Network and mentors many individuals through the company's system.
