Leslie Carter Ashton died Jan. 31, reportedly from an apparent overdose of prescription medication.
"Performing is cathartic to me and I am dedicating the rest of my tour to my sister since she loved to watch me perform," Carter wrote on his website.
Carter dedicated his song, "Falling Down," to Leslie during his performance at New York's Irving Plaza Thursday, according to eonline.com. The show was Carter's first since Leslie's death.
"I never thought I'd ever have to, but I'd like to dedicate this song to my sister," Carter said.
