North Chicago police chief on leave following brutality allegations

Ralph Peterson, Jr., speaks about the death of his cousin Darrin Hanna after a news conference held at North Chicago City Hall by Mayor Leon Rockingham Jr. today. Rockingham announced he is placing Chief of Police Michael Newsome on paid administrative leave while there is an investigation of the North Chicago Police Department for excessive force, particularly in the case of Hanna.
