The Venue is offering up a traditional African-American Sunday for Black History Month, with down-home gospel by the Blind Boys of Alabama and a Southern-style buffet. The Grammy-winning group -- with a Lifetime Achievement Award, among others -- has performed for five presidents. The Blind Boys recently recorded their first country-gospel album, "Take the High Road," which features many of the biggies -- Willie Nelson, Vince Gill, Lee Ann Womack, Hank Williams Jr., the Oak Ridge Boys and Jamey Johnson. (Johnson also co-produced.)
