Through this weekend, an exhibition of photographs from the formative years of Chicago theater is on exhibit in the Ferguson Art Gallery on the campus of Concordia University in River Forest. “Capturing Chicago Theatre: 35 Years of Theater Photography” is by photographer Lisa Howe-Ebright, on loan from the Chicago Public Library. Howe-Ebright documented the Chicago theater in the 1970s, '80s and '90s; included in the collection are images of James Earl Jones, William Peterson, John Malkovich, Laurie Metcalf and Kathy Bates.
