Former Gov. Rod Blagojevich and his wife Patti, leave their home for court, the day after the jury sent a note to the judge indicating they were deadlocked on at least some counts. Blagojevich is charged with 24 counts ranging from racketeering and wire fraud to attempted extortion and bribery. His brother is charged with four counts charging wire fraud, conspiracy and attempted extortion.
