Stampede witness returns

A witness of the stampede at the Love Parade breaks down in tears in Duisburg after placing flowers near the place where the incident took place. German prosecutors opened an investigation on Sunday into a stampede which killed 19 people and injured 342 at the Love Parade techno music festival in the western city of Duisburg.
