Wisconsin Gov. Scott Walker gives a breakfast speech at the Union League Club in Chicago. He was interrupted briefly by Occupy Chicago protesters backed by unions opposed to the GOP governor's actions to curb collective bargaining rights for public employees. Walker stood silently while the protest shouts filled the room of more than 300 people. After the protesters left, Walker said, "No matter how loud you shout, the facts are the facts. Our reforms have worked in Wisconsin."
