A customer loyalty expert, Morgan also will help the firm solidify relationships to drive business growth. During Morgan's 20-plus year career with Carlson Marketing, RAPP, Doner Advertising and Euro RSCG, he has created and implemented loyalty, customer relationship management and product launch strategies for Delta Airlines, Bank of America, Hallmark, General Motors, Ford Motor, True Value Hardware, Radisson Hotels, Amtrak, Chase and Procter & Gamble.
