And Fish Bar (2956 N Sheffield Ave.) today announced that will help combat what's predicted to be a beastly winter with hot cups of soup sold from its patio every Wednesday for $5 from 5 to 6:30 p.m. The soup are expected to include potato leek, mushroom and butternut squash.
