Sean Fitzgerald has been named executive vice president of franchise development at BrightStar Franchising LLC. Fitzgerald will assume day-to-day responsibility for leading the BrightStar Care franchise development team in recruiting the highest quality candidates. He will also serve on BrightStar's Executive Leadership Team with CEO and Co-Founder Shelly Sun, Chief Operating Officer/Chief Legal Officer Brian Schnell and Chief Brand Officer Jayson Pearl. With more than 17 years of experience working with startup franchise concepts, as well as large developed corporations in need of rebranding, Fitzgerald brings a wealth of knowledge in growing, operating and building franchise brands. In addition to his recent work at Quizno's, he has directed the sales and development efforts for other franchise concepts such as StrollerFit Inc. and WirelessZone.
