You probably already know Pearl Jam frontman Eddie Vedder and former Rage Against the Machine guitarist Tom Morello made surprise appearances on stage with
"Shawshank Redemption" actor Tim Robbins came to Friday's show. He was there with Vedder, from what I'm told. Also on hand Friday was retired Cub Kerry Wood and "Pardon the Interruption" co-host Michael Wilbon.
"So many people asked what I thought of the Springsteen concert: enjoyed it immensely," Wilbon tweeted Saturday. "Loved the band more than anything. Impressed with his energy and the connection between him and his fans even in a stadium with more than 40,000 people."
Miami Heat president Pat Riley attended Saturday's show. Former Blackhawk Chris Chelios was on hand both nights.
"Well Chicago that was something huh??" Morello tweeted Sunday. "Last nite just might have erased 'The Curse'! Raise the "W" over Wrigley."
Vedder was spotted at Stanley's Kitchen & Tap in Lincoln Park after Friday's show, as was Robbins, Wood, Chelios and Cubs president Theo Epstein. Vedder and Chelios returned after Saturday's show and were joined by the Blackhawks'
