Susan King has been named president of the Chicago campus of Chamberlain College of Nursing. She will oversee implementation of the curriculum, delivery of student services, growth and development of regional clinical partnerships and management of the day-to-day operations for the campus. King, an RN, has more than 30 years of experience in the health care industry, including practice, executive management and instruction. She succeeds Patrick Robinson, who becomes dean of undergraduate curriculum and instruction for the college's national academics team. Previously, King was dean of academic operations at Chamberlain's Addison. campus. Before coming to Chamberlain, she was associate vice president of Virginia Hospital Center's Patient Care Services and Emergency Response in Arlington, Va. King has a B.S. in nursing degree from Bowie State University and an M.S. in nursing degree and MBA from University of Phoenix. King is pursuing a Ph.D. in nursing from University of Phoenix.
