Rosie Rojas, from Fulton, Ill. serves up a coffee refill to Dave, left, and Kay Lawton of Thomson, Ill. at the Sunrise Restaurant in Thomson, Ill. in 2009. The restaurant adjoins a motel only a few hundred yards from the exterior wall of the Thomson Correctional Center. The prison was being considered as "a leading option" to house suspected terrorists held at Guantanamo Bay, Cuba, an Obama administration official said.
