How can you file a tip? You can always add chicagobreaking (at) tribune.com to your smart phone's contacts. Or, as Edgar and Jessica did, you can contact @ColonelTribune on twitter.

Colonel Tribune is our digital ambassador, and you can find him and his tweets at www.twitter.com/ColonelTribune. (I'm fond of the old guy.) You can count on the Colonel to get your observations to the person who can deal with them.

Way to go, Jessica and Edgar. I owe you one at the next tweetup.
