Conferences in Australia (twice), Germany, Paris and Disney World have heard the social media pizza story since the article was published. We need to stay focused on making satisfied customers loyal customers. Satisfied customers don't complain -- but loyal customers tell their friends about you. Another goal is to focus on the next (repeat) order. We will accomplish this by listening and talking to our customers.
