Styx’s Tommy Shaw sells Hollywood Hills home to DJ
Styx guitarist and singer Tommy Shaw has sold his Hollywood Hills home to Swedish JD Eric Prydz for $5.3 million, the Multiple Listing Service shows.
The gated hilltop compound includes a two-story main house, two guest houses, a free-form swimming pool, a cascading spa fountain and a pavilion lounge on less than an acre.
A star architect to celebrities
Shaw, 59, also has played with the bands Damn Yankees and Shaw Blades, as well as done solo work. Prydz, 37, is also a Los Angeles-based producer.
Rose Ware and Terry Canfield Schmidt of Prudential California Realty’s Beverly Hills office were the listing agents. Marcy Soufrine of Keller Williams Realty represented the buyer.
